Setting up SLA time

To set up SLA time:

  1. Open the PS|Track web application.
  2. From the left menu of an office page, click on settings. You must be a mailroom admin to modify settings.
  3. Scroll to office hours and set the start and end times for mon-fri, saturday and sunday.  If the office is closed on saturday and/or sunday leave blank.
  4. Set the sla time in minutes.  The SLA clock starts ticking when a package is checked in and stops ticking when a package is delivered or an attempted delivery is made.  The SLA clock is running only during the office hours specified.
  5. Click the blue save button to save your changes.
  6. Repeat the above steps for each office.  Each office can have its own office hours and SLA times.
